How many people can the ballroom accommodate?

The Grand Ballroom accommodates over 1,000 seated guests, with ample room for a spacious dance floor and stage for live entertainment. The grand ballroom allows for two dance floors when seating for 1,000. With parties larger than 1,000 the dance floor is dependent on the hosts floor plan. We can do full ballroom with no dance floor for 1200.

Is Victoria in the Park handicap accessible?

Yes. Victoria in the Park provides designated handicap parking, step-free access and all entry to Victoria in the Park is on the main level.  Both entrances are handicap accessible.

Do you have a room where I can get ready for my wedding? 

Yes! It also serves as a bride's room during large celebrations.

Do you provide special menus for dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate any dietary restriction including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher.

Can we customize our menu?

Our catering menu provides pre-set as well as "design your own" menu options. We are happy to tailor a menu to your specific preferences.

Can we bring in our own food and beverage? 

We enjoy professional relationships with a variety of licensed and insured specific ethnic and culturally diverse caterers to ensure the menu of your choice. Please talk to your Event Specialist about the specifics of your event.

Can we bring in our own specialty wedding cake or wedding cupcakes? Is there an outside cake fee?

Do I have to use vendors from your vendor list? 

We have a list of tried and true vendors who frequently work with Victoria in the Park and are familiar with our event space and kitchen . However, you may use any vendor of your choosing.

Do you charge for parking? 

Victoria in the Park offers self-parking for guests attending an event and is complimentary. Please contact your Event Specialist for further information around Valet options, etc.

Do you provide a complimentary ceremony or Cotillion or Quinceanera rehearsal? 

Victoria in the Park does offer this but is based upon availability.  We will provide complimentary access to the venue (empty set/no chairs) to you for two hours for a rehearsal during regular business hours.
